OUR HISTORY
Owner, “Big Jim Barchesky,” at Superior Motors has sold used “Cars, Trucks, and Vans” on the corner of Route 981 and 30, across from the Latrobe Airport since 1964.
Jim’s wife, Jane, has always worked alongside him, as well as his son J. Michael (Mike). It is coming up on four years now since we lost James but Jane, Mike, and now Mike’s children, Kate and Tom, own & run Superior Motors. If you stop by or follow us on Facebook, you will also notice the 4th generation running around too.
No need to worry about someone making a commission, we're all family! The family takes pride in the 59 years that Superior Motors has been on Route 30, obviously withstanding a good reputation as a used car lot, clearly doing something right; "where our customers send their friends!"
